This one is for 2 free nights, Dec 10-27......

I guess they are really stepping it up trying to folks who actually do a little bit of gambling......

This might be a good time to throw them some play, since I am a low level gambler and am still getting some decent deals.

Define a little bit.

How many Franklins a day?

Hetz, I am not sure of the exact amount, but my guess is that I lost around $200 to Cosmo on this last trip. If you combine all my gambling ever at Cosmo, I doubt I have lost more than $1000. I don't know how that translates in terms of coin-in, but under the usual comp calculations the casinos make, I doubt it justifies the 2 comped weeknights they sent me previously + the 2 additional comped nights from the offer above.

I got this offer too. While I didn't have another trip planned for this year, a quick jaunt to Cosmo sounds tempting when they're offering up 2 nights.

Ugh......angel on one shoulder, devil on the other.....

Is it good until March next year? We arrive 21 Mar and haven't seen you for a long time.

Tony misses you and Cory.

Well I just got another one, just like the first one: 2 free weeknights or $75 credit Fri/Sat. Expires 1/31.

I guess they are really stepping it up trying to lure gamblers. I gambled very little on my last trip, I lost $150. My total points on my card from all my prior gambling combined is somewhere around 700, I think.

Just got another one, same as this one, good through the end of Feb. This is even though I did use the January one, but had to leave after one night and did no gambling at all at the Cosmo......

Should I use it, or is it better to see if they send something different later on?

I would probably use it and try to re-establish the gambling amounts, to hopefully continue to see offers, my guess is marketing just didn't catch up to that no play trip.

Alora, didn't you say Chris has a bunch of Marriott points? If you redeem a certain number of free nights with points, you actually get another free night. I forgot if it's 4/5 or 5/6. But it worked at Cosmo too, I recall booking over CES using my Marriott points (but I ended up canceling the reservation).

I got another offer from Cosmo for 2 free nights in January. I don't know why, considering I gambled exactly $0.00 at their property in December.

I had a similar thing with MB a few years back. My theory is a small percent of card players get randomly picked for 2 free nights. I believe they have some type of statistics that show great than 60% of those players will carry the weight, of the offer, in gambling.

Looks like they are sending some out again. I did not gamble there this trip, but I did lose about $500 over Palooza. This offer is for 2 free weekday nights or a $75/n credit on a weekend. Expires 7/31. Email doesn't specify room type. It also says there "may" be resort fees, so perhaps the free nights don't incur any.

Chris gambled a bit at Cosmo, so I hope we see some sort of offer. What will probably happen, if we get one, is that it will be at a time when we can't go. Moving the boys back to college, football season....I just know that is what will happen.. :icon_confused:

Evan, next year is a "graduation" year for my son and my niece, and then my other son will be 21. There's a good chance I will be bringing them along, so I don't know if we would stay at Cosmo, LOL. It all remains to be seen...
